Let us take this opportunity to introduce you to the East Valley Paranormal Society. Established in 2006, the organization is made up of a small group of volunteers whom have come together for the purpose of finding answers and helping educate the public about the paranormal. We are helping build a gap between the believers and skeptics as well. Even more importantly, the organization has had a positive impact on the lives of the Phoenix Metro area youth, their families, and the community. This year, for the first time, we are offering an opportunity to individuals and businesses like yours to become Organization Sponsors. Your contributions will be targeted exclusively to lower the growing costs of the Organization’s expenses. All expenses come directly out of our members pockets. The East Valley Paranormal Society Organization is guided by a volunteer board of directors and dedicated volunteers. However, we do not receive any kind of governmental or grant assistance. Our primary revenue source is monthly dues paid by our members, proceeds from our annual fund-raisers, and any donations received from generous individuals. Since these funds do not cover all of the organization’s operating expenses, members often must raise their own funds to pay for equipment, travel fees (including hotel costs, airline charges and fuel costs), and entry fees for some of the places we investigate. The average cost per member per year is approximately $1000, particularly difficult for some with families with more than one member and/or modest means. In order to continue to make this rewarding experience a reality for our members, we are reaching out directly to area businesses, family, and friends, and offering the opportunity to help by becoming a ‘friend’ or Organization sponsor! While any sponsorship level you select will be greatly appreciated, a donation of $250 or more will earn you a Proud Team Sponsor certificate to display on your office wall, a valuable marketing tool as well. Patrons and media from the local and regional areas will see your business name and logo on a regular basis as they attend our organization events, including, seminars, and media campaigns. ** A Proud Sponsor Plaque displays our group photo and will list you as a proud sponsor of our Organization. | Policy for Sponsorships The organization has adopted the following policy regarding sponsorships. 1. Any member can freely solicit sponsorships from any person, business, or organization. 2. All group sponsorship money must be used for the equipment, travel, hotel expenses, air line fees, and entrance fees into some places. 3. In order to receive tax benefits from the sponsorship, the sponsorship must be made to the East Valley Paranormal Society sponsorship. 4. The organization will send a thank you letter to the sponsor, including the organizations Tax Identification Number and invoice for the advertising level the business has selected. 5.
